Dancer:

All Dancers are under probation for 2 weeks. This is the time for your training and getting the hang of things. NOT all locations will have Dancer positions. You will make 100% tips. Dancers may NOT enter contests while working. The Dancer's role is to greet all guests and make them feel at home. Dancers can be Male or Female. Dancers are to use the chain of command starting with their Assistant Manager on duty.


Host / Hostess:

All Host / Hostess's are under probation for 2 weeks. This is the time for your training and getting the hang of things. You will make 100% tips plus a set per event wage. Host / Hostess may NOT enter contests while working. Host / Hostess's roll is to assist and report to the Assistant Manager on duty. They are NOT to go straight to the owners or GM unless there is NO Assistant Manager on duty. THIS IS NOT A MANAGER ROLE.


Assistant Manager:

This is the time to use what you have learned to make the best of each event and fill your pockets with money and have fun.

Assistant Managers make 100% tips plus per event wages. Assistant Managers may also be on the dance-floor to mingle with guests.
Assistant Managers may NOT enter contests while working. You will actively recruit by answering the questions of people interested in a position with Gran Entertainment or Club Ring. Assistant Manager's roll is to assist and report to the GM on duty. They are NOT to go straight to the owners.


General Manager:

This is the highest level for Gran Entertainment under the Sr. Staff. This title is given to Assistant Managers who have proven themselves to be good role models and leaders. GM's make 100% tips, paid per event they run oversee the training of new hires. This is a two week assignment and must be treated professionally. GM's have the right to plan an event at anytime there are no scheduled events.

GM's earn a one time bonus of I'z$1000 from MR, Gran on their promotion date ( this is only for newly promoted GM's ). Club Ring is about professionalism and GM's will be an earned roll and not just given out.
